In the centre of Strasbourg, a few steps from la Petite France, the Winstub S’Kaechele, “The little Alsatian Kitchen“, is a must on your tour of the Alsace region. Give yourself a break in the welcoming and authentic atmosphere of a traditional old-fashioned Stub.

Karine and Daniel serve regional dishes, home-prepared using fresh products rigorously selected from local producers.

Sauerkraut, Baeckaoffe (upon request 48 hours before and as of 6 people), knuckle of ham, foie gras, snails with roquefort cheese and other specialities, to be savoured as a couple or in a group (capacité maximum 25 personnes).

Days closed: Saturday, Sunday all day and Monday at lunchtime.

Days opened: Monday evening (19:00-21:30) and from Tuesday to Friday for lunch (11:45-13:30) and dinner (19:00-21:30).

We accept bank cards, lunch vouchers (“Chèques déjeuner”) and restaurant vouchers (“Tickets restaurants”).

We don’t accept holiday vouchers (“Chèques Vacances“) or personal checks.
